Fondant is used for making cream centers. It is an extremely find sugar used by candy makers. When water is added to fondant, you get a cream. If you use powdered sugar and add water, you get a glaze and your candy will not taste as good. Add boiling water to the fondant and stir well. Mill flavors can be added for taste; orange mill for orange creams, mocha mill for mocha creams, ect. Make them as thick of as thin as you like. See recipies for more ideas.
