Chocolate Buttercream

In a large bowl, put one lb. dark coating, 1/4 lb. melted butter or margarine, 1/2 pint marshmallow creme and 1 tsp. vanilla. In a pot, put 2 1/4 cups sugar, 6 1/2oz. evaporated milk. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over other ingredients and beat until smooth. Chill. Makes 2 1/2 lbs. For fudge, boil milk and sugar 5 minutes instead of 3. Nuts may be added if desired for fudge.
